David Ritter

David has been the Director of ONTOP since 1993.  He earned his masters and doctoral degrees at Penn State University and is a Vermont licensed psychologist and nationally certified school psychologist.  Prior to joining ONTOP, he served as a consultant to schools in the Rutland and Burlington areas.  David is an avid reader and golfer.  He enjoys music, interesting wristwatches, and cruising in his 1968 classic Mustang.  While at ONTOP, he has learned that change is hard, but it is often necessary, that patience and tolerance are important values and that caring people, working together, can make anything happen.  He likens ONTOP students to Tootsie Pops:  the outer shell is hard, but they're soft inside.

Dylan McNamara

Dylan has been in the Burlington School District for a few years and is now at ONTOP as a School Psychologist.  He earned his B.A. in Psychology from Syracuse University and his M.A. and Ph.D in School Psychology from the University of South Carolina.  Dylan is a native Vermonter who enjoys boating, hiking, skiing, soccer, woodworking, wakeboarding and fishing.  He also is a sports fan.

Jessie has been at ONTOP since 2000 and currently teaches English and history.  She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, and Master's Degree in Special Education.   She enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, being outdoors and camping.  She has learned that sometimes life throws you challenges to overcome and you may think that life will never get easier, but remember life goes on and you are in control of making what you want out of life.
